The Streaty guides will reveal recipes and other curiosities known only to the most real palermitans: from the spice-consuming manner to the endless debate on the anthrax sex, and then the Sfincione (soft street pizza), panelli & cazzilli and l ‘aperitif in the tavern! Tastings take place at the selected chefs and chefs Vucciria represent the most true, labyrinthine and shady part of the historic center, so it is more difficult to explore without the guidance of a Palermo.
